Can not get access for program

I get a message that says that Adware Cleaner needs access. The problem is that “Allow Access” is Greyed out. If I am unable to “Grant Accss” the program will not run.

Also, I tried to get to the company that sells Adware Cleaner (Pocket Bids LLC) but when I Google, there is no reference.

So, I guess I just blew $9.99.
