removed MacKeeper extensions. fixed search engine

It doesn’t tell me where it was located for some files removed, but it removed my MacKeeper problem. Seems like things are back to normal and no more MacKeeper problems. removed Trovi search adware too which kept redirecting my web browser for every search. was super annoying. finally goes to google for my searches!

update: after using this app for a couple months, i ended up somehow getting more adware on my system. i noticed that sometimes i need to completely clear my extensions from the settings menu or parts of adware stay on my machine.
